Dragon kites
Dragon kites were flown by Chinese soldiers in the
rniddle ages. Burning tar was put in the mouth of the
dragon to frighten enemies in battle. It was probably
these kites that inspired ancient stories of
fire-breathing dragons - tales that have been passed
down through the ages.
