The history of match factory in Chudovo begins in 1877, when Swedish businessman A.F.Lundberg bought here a small woodcraft manufacture and on it's base organized production of matches. A lot of time passed since and in 2002 the factory marked its 125 years. During this time matches manufacture was constantly modernized and was steadily growing.
The factory now produces common matches (in cardboard boxes with labels), household, gas, bonfire matches, booklets, promotional matches (deluxe and eurohotel) and souvenir sets.
