The schemes of the match production in the
Factory of Safety Matches "DRAVA"

The Factory of Safety Matches "DRAVA" was founded in 1856 in Osijek in the former Austro-Hungarian Monarchy that was later in former Yugoslavia and in Republic of Croatia now.

It has stopped production and closed down for good in the late 1990s

The illustrations to this article are copied from the monograph "Tvornitca žigica DRAVA" (Match Factory "DRAVA"), published in 1978 in connection with the factory's 125th anniversary. The corresponding legends were compiled from monograph and translated by the author
